A tour of one of the largest oil reserves in the world

The flares in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Region (Yugra) burn off a mix of natural gas and crude oil that reaches the surface. Visits to the region showcase the oil-producing units of the Russian majors, specifically Lukoil, Rosneft and Surgutneftegaz.
